After years of being told that meat is what is best for us in order to be strong, research into this subject has shown different. There are many benefits of cutting down on meat, your health being one of them. Other benefits include the environment and of course, animals. After you’ve done that, here are some vegetarian recipes to get you started on cutting down on your meat intake. Although the documentary focuses on the benefits of going vegan as oppose to vegetarian, this is still a step in the right direction.
